The EM CrossFit is a highly adaptable and ever evolving strength and conditioning program which yields elite levels of health and fitness. We incorporate Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping, climbing, kettlebell training and any other type of challenging and functional exercise that we can create. CrossFit benefits all ages and abilities because the goal of a CrossFit athlete is simply to be as fit as possible. The training is intense, efficient, and a lot of fun! The EM CrossFit program focuses on simultaneously developing the 10 General Physical Skills:
