Hypermass
Athletes needing Explosive Strength and Muscle Mass. EM's Hypermass program combines explosive lifting and mass building to give athletes larger, more explosive muscles without losing flexibility

G-Force
More advanced athletes needing straight ahead (linear) speed, greater explosion from a standing start (out of the hole) and a more powerful drive phase. EM's G-Force program will test your limits and push you to the next level of explosive speed.

Zero-Gravity
More advanced athletes in jumping sports needing a more explosive vertical jump and lateral movement. EM's Zero Gravity program promotes true explosive jumping through tested, results oriented plyometrics and resistance

EM is the Official Speed and Power Training Partner of the Quakes.

The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, a minor league baseball team in Rancho Cucamonga, have been a farm team of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim since 2001 and were affliated with the San Diego Padres during the late 1990s.

The Quakes franchise has been in existence since 1966, when the club played in Lodi, California. The team moved to San Bernardino in 1986 and became the Spirit; Ken Griffey, Jr. was among the players that came through Fiscalini Field on their way to the big leagues. In 1993, the Quakes moved to their current location. The Quakes won the California League championship in 1994.

The Quakes play home games at The Epicenter, which opened in 1992. The park seats 6,200 fans.The mascot of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes is Tremor, the "Rallysaurus".
