Sprinting Form & technique, strength, explosiveness off the blocks, stamina and mental focus are all areas that EM’s Track & Field athletes learn to excel at. In addition, keeping you on the track throughout the season by working on joint stability and injury prevention is a key so you can use your new found explosiveness and speed.
EM trainers are former Division 1 or Professional Athletes with an education in kinesiology and certification from a National Governing Sports Performance Body. Also, all EM Trainers are cleared by the FBI and fingerprinted for your athlete’s safety.
