Being a more powerful swimmer or waterpolo athlete takes plenty of time in the pool, but at an NCAA level, strength and conditioning on land play a huge part in explosiveness in the water. EM will raise your performance level quickly with a twice per week out of season, and once a week in season routine. Waterpolo is a brutal sport if you are on the wrong end of the punishment being given out, but to get on the right side it takes real overall body explosive performance training for lean, powerful athleticism
EM Trainers are former Division 1 or Professional Athletes with an education in kinesiology and certification from a National Governing Sports Performance Body. Also, all EM Trainers are cleared by the FBI and fingerprinted for your athlete’s safety.
